Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Evolve HealthCare, we are committed to providing high-quality telehealth services and personalized weight management care.

Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing any of our services, programs, or products.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of telehealth services, all sales are final.

Once a program, consultation, package, or medication order has been purchased, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Non-Refundable Services

Telehealth consultations, provider visits, and coaching sessions are non-refundable once scheduled or delivered.

Prescription medications (including compounded medications such as GLP-1 therapies) cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, in compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.

Digital content (meal plans, exercise guides, or coaching materials) is non-refundable upon delivery.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with proper notice in accordance with our scheduling policy, but refunds will not be issued.

Missed appointments without notice are considered used sessions and will not be credited or refunded.

Initial Clinical Strategy Consultation Policy

Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment: Your card on file will be charged 80% of the consultation fee.

No-Shows: Failure to attend the appointment without notice will result in your card on file being charged the full consultation fee

of $159.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

• If Evolve HealthCare cancels a program or service and cannot provide a suitable alternative.

• If a duplicate payment was processed in error.
